Automatic thumbnails!

mobiTheme WordPress Mobile Theme takes the first image within your post and uses it as the post thumbnail.  It also strips out any other images within the content and only displays the text in the post preview. Timthumb is used to resize the images. More info on timthumb usage can be found here.
